Rachelle Chang (she/her)

Executive Director

Rachelle Chang is Executive Director at Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaii (SCCH), overseeing the organization’s administration and community outreach, and building relationships with donors and partners. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. Prior to joining SCCH in 2016, she was a co-founder and partner of Aerospire LLC; Marketing Manager at AdForce LLC; and Marketing Manager at NewSoft Inc. Rachelle graduated from Kamehameha High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in English from Pomona College.

Diana Honeker (she/her)

Clinical Director, LMFT

Diana Honeker is Clinical Director at Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaii, managing the organization’s clinical staff and supervision. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with individuals, couples, and families to help them through life’s difficulties and transitions. Prior to joining SCCH in 2018, she was a family/play therapist with the Salvation Army in Honolulu; a counseling volunteer at the Chaplain Family Life Center at Schofield Barracks; and a hospice volunteer at the Tripler Army Hospital, Center for Aging. Diana received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and French from the University of Maryland; and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University.
