  • August 2017: Samaritan Counseling Center Hawai’i announces home visits for seniors and caregivers in the Honolulu area. Learn more at our booth at the Seniors’ Fair — The Good Life Expo, September 22-24, 2017.
  • July 2017: Please join us in welcoming Rev. George Clifford and Nicholas Muneno to the board of directors.
  • June 2017: Please join us in welcoming our newest therapist, Julie A. Daubenspeck, LMFT. Julie is a Christian counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, military families, and children. She specializes in women’s issues and domestic violence. She uses Experiential Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other theories based on client needs.
  • May 2017: Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaii was honored to receive two grants, from the Friends of Hawaii Charities and First Hawaiian Bank Foundation. The grants will replenish our Client Assistance Fund, which subsidizes counseling for uninsured, under-insured, low-income, and elderly clients who otherwise might not receive any mental health care.
